Introduction to Whole Foods with guided tour

             Whole Foods is one of the healthiest places to begin your journey towards a healthier lifestyle.  Whole Foods
                has a complete market as well as a Wellness Club.  CB Personal Training has been a Partner with Whole
               Foods Wellness Club since its creation in 2011.  Due to this partnership the group will have a personalized
               tour of Whole Foods with a Whole Foods Wellness Club Team Member as well as Charles Bruno of CB PT. 

Weekend hike to Sourland Mountain Preserve

             “CB Team Morale Building Class”

            The Sourland Mountain Preserve is a 4,000 acre park which includes hiking, mountain biking, bird
               watching, bouldering, and horseback riding located in Hillsborough, NJ. Charles will lead the group (1-10
               people) through an 1-2 hour hike through woods rich with stream corridors, geologic outcrops, and an
              ecological habitat of a  diversity of plant and animal species. Throughout the guided tour the group will have
              a relaxed Q&A session with Charles.

Local Canal Walks

             “CB Team Morale Building Class”

              The D&R Canal is New Jersey's most popular recreational corridor for canoeing, jogging, hiking, bicycling,
               fishing and horseback riding.  CB Personal Training will lead the group on a 1 hour walk on the canal
               including a Q&A as well as a core and stretching routine at the end (optional).  The group can begin at any
               of the many entry point locations.



Individual/Group Health Coaching 

             When your employees need extra help to get them motivated or keep them    
           on track to healthy living, give Tammy Lyons (Health Coach) a try.  You may
           utilize Tammy’s extensive knowledge through a one-on-one session or small
